Yes, Express Parts is an Australian Business situated in a small rural town on the Darling Downs, Queensland.

We accept Paypal or bank transfer. Bank details are provided at the checkout.

You will received a confirmation email after your order has been placed. If you do not receive an email, please check your junk inbox to see if it has gone to that folder. If you are concerned and you have not received an email, please feel free to contact us.

Orders are usually processed within 24 to 48 hours (Business Days) however Direct Deposit will not be dispatched until funds are received and cleared. Once your order has been filled and dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information.

As we utilise Australia Post for orders within Australia only – your shipping charges are automatically calculated at the checkout and added to your purchase total prior to final confirmation and payment on the order. We do not ship outside of Australia.

Once you have Confirmed your Order, your order is in our system and you can no longer adjust or make any changes online. You must contact Express Parts as soon as possible to change or cancel your order prior to shipment. Our orders process quickly and can possibly be dispatched the same day. If your order has already been dispatched, unfortunately it cannot be changed or cancelled.
