RETURNS POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 14 days from receipt of delivery, for a full refund, replacement or store credit – (subject to meeting the requirements of our returns policy below)

#NOTE# – All items must be in original new condition and packaging. Any item return that does not meet this requirement will not be refunded. Please note any postage and handling charges to return the item to you, will be at your cost.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS
As customer service is an extremely high priority at Express Parts, we take the utmost care when packaging your purchase for shipping to you. In the event your purchase has been damaged in transit to you or your product is faulty, please contact us immediately to discuss a replacement item, store credit or refund. You will need to quote your invoice number and unique client details. Express Parts will cover the return shipping cost to you

OTHER RETURNS
In the unlikely circumstance you have received the incorrect order, please contact us immediately and quote your invoice number and unique client details along with details of the incorrect product – Express Parts will cover the cost of the return of the incorrect item and have your correct order sent at our cost.
